General Description : Under the direction of the Director of Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers. The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements marketing and sales strategies and is responsible for achieving sales targets supported by resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops her/his commercial team. Essential Functions of the job : Building an image/brand and awareness for BeOne Medicines and its products in the oncology market. Establishing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), study groups, and key accounts. Preparing the market for BeOne Medicines' product approvals. Implementing marketing strategies for upcoming oncology product launches. Building and structuring a competent commercial field team in Italy. Achieving regional commercial goals and performance parameters. Planning and monitoring regional and cluster team budgets. Setting sales goals and analyzing market data. Identifying developmental needs of team members and executing development programs, training, and coaching. Providing scientific advice and support to KOLs in hospitals. Collaborating with other departments and leading the field cross-functional team. Monitoring market changes and competitor activities. Supervising key account plans and working with Market Access to facilitate account access. Collaborating with Marketing to enhance field force effectiveness. Aligning commercialization strategies across Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams. Participating in scientific meetings and workshops. Providing leadership to foster high performance, engagement, and teamwork. Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in oncology. Ensuring patient-centered business decisions and high ethical standards. Qualifications Life science degree with relevant experience. Over 5 years of leadership in commercial teams, preferably in oncology. Proven success in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Specific knowledge of the oncology market, especially lung and gastric cancers. Excellent contacts with oncologists and opinion leaders. Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Fluent in English; computer skills (MS Office). Valid driver’s license. Education Required : University degree in science or business, with at least 10 years of industry experience. Supervisory Responsibilities: Managing local/regional sales teams, hiring, supervising, and developing staff. Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office. Other Qualifications: Fluency in English. Travel : Approximately 60% of the time.
