Your RoleWe are looking for a Junior Category & Business Analyst to join our FMCG team and support the growth of our brands through in-depth market and business analysis. You will work closely with the Category Manager and Sales teams to track performance, analyse trends, and help define data-driven strategies that improve category value and execution.What you will do
1. Analyse sell-in and sell-out data (. Nielsen, retailer panels, internal data) to monitor category and brand performance
2. Support in building category reviews and market analysis for key customers
3. Support in the implementation of category projects
4. Contribute to the development of assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies
5. Support the S&OP function in monthly planning activity
6. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support commercial decision-making
7. Monitor KPIs across sales channels and identify opportunities for growth
8. Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales to support in-store excellence initiatives
What we are looking for
9. University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
10. 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, consulting, or business analysis (internships welcome)
11. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
12. Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and basic data visualization tools (. Power BI); Spaceman nice to have
13. Curious and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow
14. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
15. Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
16. Passion for FMCG, retail dynamics, and consumer behaviour
