Main Responsibilities
* Provide warm and welcoming greetings to our guests upon arrival, adhering to our company's standards and procedures.
* Ensure the parking area is well-maintained and guest vehicles are parked securely.
* Maintain the reception area in impeccable condition, ensuring it remains clean and organized at all times.
* Stay informed about guest information, including arrivals, departures, and those currently in-house.
* Familiarize yourself with local attractions and services offered by our hotel, enabling you to provide valuable recommendations to our guests.
* Collaborate closely with the Front Office Team, offering assistance when necessary to ensure seamless operations.
* Coordinate luggage delivery and collection with Porters and the Front Office Team, guaranteeing timely and efficient service.
* Oversee all drivers arriving at the property, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
