Job Responsibilities:
* Promote a culture of teamwork and open communication to foster strong relationships between all personnel and departments.
* Design high-performance, reliable solutions for F1 chassis related components and mechanical assemblies.
* Develop and implement efficient design processes through solid modeling, surface modeling, and 2D drawing.
* Manage complex regulations related to shipment of materials and facility maintenance requirements.
* Other duties as assigned by the Design Team Leader or their designee.
Requirements:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 6 years of work experience, with 3 years in a professional motorsports environment or F1 companies.
* Strong technical background in racing cars.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
Working Environment:
An ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with heavy mental demands is essential. The role may require occasional domestic and international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours, including weekends. Compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy and relevant statutory legislation is mandatory.
This position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting, and manual dexterity. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids.
