The figure ensures excellence in defining technical offerings, responding to RFP / RFQs / Tenders and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Project and Service Delivery, promoting innovation and growth of the WIIT service portfolio. /ppThis position is part of the new Corporate Innovation and Solution Architecture Function. The Solution Architecture Principal is expected to : /pulliAnticipate market challenges and adapt to new technology trends, helping to optimize resource allocation and sustain WIIT's technology leadership and operational excellence. /liliFoster a unified approach and more streamlined processes, reducing transition points and accelerating time-to-market by redefining processes and tools. /liliStrengthen collaboration among innovation promoters, Solution Architects, Sales, Operations, Service Managers and technical managers, promoting a shared language and deep understanding of business and technology needs. /liliEnsure consistent delivery of solutions, ensuring that design is always aligned with both strategy and operational feasibility, for smooth transitions from ideation to implementation and maximization of customer value /li /ulpbKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliCoordinate and develop the Solution Architect team on Italy and DACH, promoting professional growth and sharing of best practices. /liliOversee the analysis of customer requirements and definition of technical solutions, ensuring consistency with WIIT value proposition and competitive offerings. /liliSupport the Sales team in the most strategically relevant opportunities /liliEnsure the quality and completeness of technical documentation produced by the team, including the writing of bids, presentations and business cases. /liliActively collaborate with Sales, Channel Partners and other business functions to support all phases of the sales process, from pre-sales to go-live services. /liliPromote innovation, identifying new opportunities to evolve the cloud and managed services portfolio, and facilitating the adoption of new technologies. /liliManage resource and effort planning, constantly monitoring performance, KPIs, and team goals. /liliMaintain and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, acting as a technical and advisory point of reference in target markets. /liliFoster cross-country collaboration, ensuring alignment between the needs of the Italian and DACH markets and business development strategies. /li /ulpbSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS /b /pulliProven experience (at least 4-6 years) in Solution Architecture, Presales or Technical Consulting roles in cloud / managed services, with experience coordinating teams. /liliWillingness to travel frequently to the DACH and ITA area /liliIn-depth knowledge of Cloud computing technology architectures (Public and Private) and Cybersecurity.
