What You'll Be Doing
* Assist in the design and development of Pega applications.
* Configure case management, user interfaces, decision rules, and workflows.
* Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting applications.
* Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Maintain clear and organized documentation for solutions and processes.
* Learn and apply Pega best practices, guardrails, and coding standards.
What You'll Bring Along
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Stem field
* Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform or other BPM solutions.
* Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (Java or similar), SQL, and database concepts.
* Experience in designing and developing user interfaces (UI), configuring flows, creating Data Pages, and implementing reporting solutions.
* Problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Pega CSA (Certified System Architect v8 or Higher) certification.
* Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Italian would be nice to have.
