Apply now to join One Works in Venice! Key Requirements: MSc in Civil Engineering, with a focus on the structural sector. Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Design, preferably with a focus on structural design and analysis. Strong proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), both linear and non-linear. Extensive experience with Midas GEN for structural modeling and analysis. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Experience in bridge calculations is a plus, as we have dedicated projects in this area. Willingness to travel internationally for project collaboration and site visits. Local requirements (e.g., P. IVA) are a must. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-profile infrastructure projects, including transportation, bridges, and historic structures. Proven track record in delivering complex projects from concept to completion. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
