Finance Controller

What you’ll do
Within the ADV team, the candidate will be responsible for:
4. Budget, LRP and rolling reforecast processes across all On Demand revenues (owned and 3rd party) and opex costs
5. Monitor Brand solutions costs expenditure and related revenues generated
6. Full ownership of Advertising Opex financials at month-end, providing clear explanations for variances, and identifying & managing risks and opportunities
7. Responsible for Opex and On Demand business case evaluations
8. Delivers insightful ad-hoc financial analysis which creates value – demonstrates good judgement, presentational skills and influencing skills
9. Provide Finance Business partnering to Sky Media stakeholders
What you’ll bring
10. A track record of delivery and ambition in your career so far and a desire to develop
11. A finance Professional with experience in a commercial finance role which includes business partnering and budgeting/planning.
12. Strong analytics skills (Microsoft Excel), and experience of preparing analysis, insight and turning into recommendations (Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau)
13. Proficient in finance systems (preferably SAP & Hyperion)
14. Fluent in Italian and English
15. Ability to work at pace – we work in an agile, fast-moving way at Sky
16. Strong communicator able to communicate with both Finance and non-finance stakeholders
