** we are looking for a Level 3 estimator for the Caselle Torinese site.The resource will be responsible for:Level Three Estimating activities for Fabrications and Assemblies (Recurring activities) and associated industrialization activities (Non-Recurring) for all DV programs.
In particular, the activity consists of determining the reference cost (in labor hours and materials, with relative economic value) for the fabrication and/or acquisition of:
* Parts (mechanical, sheet metal, composite, welded, tube forming)
* Structural assemblies and final aircraft assembly
* Equipment (both for parts and assemblies including WSE flight line equipment)
* Numerical Control Programming
* Workshop Aids
* Spare partsThe professional figure of the estimator mainly carries out the following activities:
* Participation in meetings with entities and/or suppliers impacted in the request phase;
* Planning of requestsreceived from Procurement and/or Site Production Engineering and/or from Estimate Consolidation
* Analysis of technical documentation;
* Definition and customization of calculation parameters for the main processes and technologies;
* Definition of assumptions and exclusions to accompany the cost estimate;
* Preparation of the estimate;
* Compilation and sending of official documentation (Estimate, Must Cost, Trade off, etc.) to the requesting entities;
* Entry of data into the Sap system according to the company workflow and approval of authorization steps;
* Support to other Entities with technical meetings, negotiations, etc.Requirements:
**Educational qualification:
**Three-year degree in engineering (preferably in the aeronautical field) or higher technical diploma (mechanics or aeronautics)
**Required experience level (junior, expert, senior, master)
**Senior: in-depth knowledge of aeronautical processes, workshop experience (method, work analysis)
**Technical skills:
*** Knowledge of processing technologies (fabrication, assembly, testing)
* Knowledge of technical documentation (drawing, specifications, work cycles, process specifications, etc.)
* Knowledge of aeronautical materials (recurring and non-recurring)
* Knowledge of IT tools
