The RoleIn this pivotal position, you will oversee the full rental office operation, coordinate resources, solve day-to-day challenges, and work closely with internal teams in a collaborative, results-driven environment.You will play a key role in building a strong team culture while ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
Branch Manager Key Responsibilities:Lead and motivate daily team activities, including shift scheduling, goal setting, and hands-on coachingRecruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff in line with performance standards and growth objectivesManage vehicle delivery and return processes, including inspections, damage handling, and quality controlCollaborate with Operations, Fleet, and Customer Service teams to support business goals and network expansionCollect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service qualityEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standardsContribute ideas to improve processes within a fast-evolving organisation
Branch Manager Requirements :Previous experience in customer service and car rental, ideally with leadership or supervisory xkiyazw exposureExcellent communication skills (fluent English required, additional languages advantageous)Strong customer service mindset and organisational skillsConfident using mobile devices, tablets, and operational appsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysValid driving licence
