Who We're Looking For:
We're hiring a Consultant / Senior Consultant with a background in strategy consulting and a passion for driving customer and sales excellence.

What You'll Do
Support and lead customer strategy and sales effectiveness projects.
Conduct data analysis and Excel modelling to extract insights and drive recommendations.
Develop high-quality PowerPoint deliverables and client reports .
Engage directly with clients at all levels to gather insights and present solutions.
Collaborate within tight-knit, high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in customer operations and commercial excellence .
Key Skills
3+ years in consulting or client-facing strategy role.
Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel capabilities.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Experience across customer experience, service, sales strategy, or revenue growth .
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to high standards.
Fluent in English and Italian (other languages a plus).
