Job Description
Your responsibilities:
Coordination and support of planning and forecasting processes within the production area
Preparation of monthly closings as well as reports for management and planning meetings
Execution of variance analyses, cost center reports, and benchmarking activities
Development and implementation of monitoring tools and reports to track production costs
Conducting ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making, as well as identifying and assessing risks and opportunities
Continuous optimization of controlling processes and tools in close collaboration with the team
Close cooperation with production management and other departments to optimize production processes
Your profile:
Degree in economics or a related field
Strong analytical and interconnected thinking skills with a high affinity for numbers
Professional experience in controlling is an advantage
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Interest in data analysis and enjoyment in developing improvements, with a proactive mindset and team spirit
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Very good knowledge of German, Italian, and English
