HSE Specialist (Health, Safety, and Environment) EUR 35.000 - 50.000 Job title: HSE Specialist (74486) Location: Fidenza, Italy We are looking for an HSE Specialist in our Fidenza site, reporting to the HSE Manager based in Segrate. The role involves collaborating with different departments to promote a safe and healthy work environment, acting as the health and safety representative for the site across production, office, maintenance, and logistics areas. Your Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations at the work site (production, maintenance, warehouses, offices), identifying critical issues and reporting them to management. Oversee logistics operations and provide HSE instructions to truck drivers. Assist in performing HSE risk assessments with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with the HSE Manager in creating and reviewing SOPs for the HSE Management System. Work with the maintenance team to manage the maintenance plan. You bring A bachelor's degree in engineering, safety engineering, mechanical engineering, or management engineering is preferred. Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferable; however, candidates without experience will also be considered. Intermediate English skills (written and spoken). A curious approach to problem-solving, seeking innovative solutions and perspectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
