In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, steering and continuously optimizing product and manufacturing costs as well as logistics costs along the endtoend supply chain. Your scope includes product costing, manufacturing and logistics cost analyses, performance transparency and decision support for Category Management, Production and Supply Chain.
Your Tasks

4. Monitor and analyze production efficiency and productivity KPIs, including OEE, machine and labour utilization, and other metrics, to ensure alignment with production targets
5. Conduct detailed cost analysis related to production, including direct material usage, labour efficiency, machine utilization, and manufacturing overhead absorption
6. Identify and continuously optimize key cost drivers based on factbased manufacturing and product cost analyses, in close collaboration with Category Management and Engineering & Production (E&P) functions
7. Enable factbased pricing, portfolio and innovation decisions through timely, consistent and auditproof cost information
Logistics Controlling
8. Analyze, steer and optimize endtoend logistics cost structures (inbound, internal logistics, outbound, distribution) to improve cost per unit and overall supply chain efficiency

10. Develop and apply robust, actionoriented logistics KPIs (e.g. cost per unit, inventory turnover, service level) to support effective steering
11. Systematically analyze and continuously improve logistics cost drivers, achieving measurable efficiency gains and sustainable cost reductions
Business Partnering & Decision Support
12. Support business decisions with factbased and forwardlooking analyses, enabling transparent and valueoriented steering across product and supply chain topics
13. Proactively challenge and support Category Management, Production and R&D departments through financial insights, scenario analyses and clear, actionable recommendations
14. Contribute to sustainably improving decision quality, positioning Controlling as a trusted sparring partner rather than a pure reporting function.
