JOB PURPOSESupport the General Secretariat Office activities in all secretarial matters, ensuring they are run smoothly and efficiently for Prada Brand. RESPONSIBILITIES Booking of travel tickets accommodation, updating travel related reports.Provide secretarial and administrative support to the offices.Maintain the Offices’ archives updated and in order, with specific regards to whose of the Legal department.Ordering of stationery, pantry supplies office supplies.Coordinate printing of office stationery and name cards.Assists in sending receiving of mails and couriers.Maintaining and updating the shoplist, telephone and fax numbers in frequent usage by staff.Answer the phone, take messages or refer calls to appropriate staff member.Ensure that all Company communications are handled properly and in compliance with Group standards.Review outgoing correspondence for correctness and completeness, ensuring that appropriate material is attached. Prepare communications, memos or other reports for internal or external distribution.Assist in other ad hoc duties or office admin projects when needed.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSBachelor's DegreeGood communication skills and strong ability to multi-taskFluent spoken English expected, other languages desirablePerfect mastery of all Office programs
