We are looking for a Wireless System Integration Engineer to integrate, validate, and troubleshoot advanced wireless communication systems.
You will work across multiple software and hardware components, ensuring high-quality system performance and smooth feature delivery.
Responsibilities
Integrate and verify wireless system components across PHY/MAC/RRC/NAS and RF domains.
Execute system-level tests and feature validation.
Debug complex issues using logs, traces, and protocol analysis tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional R&D;, QA, DevOps, and customer engineering teams.
Maintain test plans, documentation, and provide clear status updates.
Support release readiness, stability checks, and field/customer escalations.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
Understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE, NR (5G) etc.
Hands-on experience with system testing, protocol analysis, and debugging across 3GPP layers (L1/L2/L3).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket/Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Linux-based systems and embedded platforms.
Professional Skills
Ability to work in fast-paced R&D; environments with iterative development cycles.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.
Excellent communication skills to engage with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
Proven capability to manage multiple deliverables and support time-critical escalations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UE simulators, testbeds, RF labs, or telecom infrastructure testing.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum engineering processes.
