Job OverviewThis is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. The person will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of EHS strategies, policies and programs across the plant to achieve regulatory compliance, risk reduction and a strong safety culture. Engage with employees, management and external stakeholders to promote EHS awareness and accountability.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentStrong experience with ISO systems and regulatory complianceDemonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety cultureProven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan executionExperience in multinational environments is an advantageFluent in Italian and English
Preferred Experience
At least 2–3 years' experience in an EHS leader roleExperience in implementing training programs and SIF programs
