You will also work closely with our Sales & Engineering teamLocationThis is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan and we would love to see your face around our office corridor when possible As a Freelance Event Specialist at Kampaay, you will:Support the Event Excellence Team during the management of all events in our pipelinePlan the events from start to finish according to concept, requirements, needs, target audience and objectivesDevelop a budget and ensuring it is adhered to the customer requestsMaintain good contact with our suppliers and customersBuilding a long-term relationship with key contacts of our main customers, by being accountable & informed about all events, leading complex/strategic events delivery and spotting new business opportunitiesBeing present during some events and coordinate our suppliersEnsure the smooth running of the event and resolve any problems that may ariseCheck and register supplier invoices About Youyou could be our perfect Freelance Event Specialist if you have the following characteristics:At least 2 years of experience in similar rolesYou are a team playerYou are responsive, responsible and not afraid of making decisionsYou have good communication and negotiation skills and good project management skillsYou are organized, tidy and have an eye for detailYou are fluent both in English and Italian (at least B2)You have good knowledge of Excel & Power PointYou are a problem solverYou are willing to learn and go outside your comfort zone to experiment and challenge what has already been done in the industryYou are humble and know how to take feedback to get the best out of it What you getHelping you succeed is our number one priority.
