With more than 200 events and 800 thousand visitors each year, we are the most recognized brand in the industry. In our four venues, totaling 30,000 sqm of event spaces, we host large conventions, fashion shows, product launches, fairs and gala dinners for some of the most recognized national and international brands. For 25 years we have organised key events for Milan Design Week. Today, Superstudio Events is looking to create an international network of premium event spaces. /p h3Operations Manager /h3 pThe successful candidate will manage core operations for all Milan venues – Sales, Business Development, Event Production, Marketing Communication – following the overall strategy defined by the CEO and GM. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pOrganise, manage and monitor activities across core operations; ensure integration of company functions and operations, promoting continuous improvement of internal processes; define sales and business development strategies; coordinate event production resources to ensure high‑quality planning and execution and optimise production services; define, implement and measure marketing and communication strategies across all levers; drive innovation of the sales model and adoption of new solutions; promote and adopt technological solutions to optimise internal processes and service offering; oversee day‑to‑day venue activities, event management and customer relationships; maintain high standards for behaviours, services and venue maintenance; analyse data, monitor performance metrics, distill insights and identify inefficiencies; prepare effective reports for senior management; monitor and control budgets, allocate resources efficiently and manage procurement; ensure optimal management of collaborators, promote fair and transparent relationships and mentor junior resources. /p h3Minimum Requirements /h3 ul li5 to 10 years of experience in people management roles, preferably in corporate events sector (creative industries – fashion and design – and strategy consulting also considered) /li liStrong leadership and communication ability /li liCombination of strategic thinking and operational excellence /li liStrong problem‑solving and analytical skills, confidence in data analysis and data‑based decision making /li liSynthesis, attention to detail and commitment to quality /li liMaster’s degree (preferably STEM) /li liFluent written and spoken English /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience in event production and knowledge of AVL services /li liStrong literacy in Excel and Excel modelling /li liExperience extracting insights from complex information /li liUnderstanding of financial analysis, accounting and performance measurement /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
