Ph3Production Engineer (Coating Technologies) /h3 pSan Giorgio di Nogaro, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, IT /p h3More About the Role /h3 ul liPerform necessary control activities to ensure that production processes or services within the scope of the assigned department are carried out in accordance with relevant technologies. /li liDocument production parameters, test results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li liCollaborate with RD teams to transfer new processes into production and continuously improve existing methods. /li liAnalyze technological parameters and output parameters for individual processes, solve technological and technical problems, and supervise the technological discipline of individual processes. /li liAnalyze characterization results (SEM, TEM, XPS, spectrophotometer, nanoindentation) and interpret results to validate coating performance. /li liTrain and support production staff on coating techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. /li liAnalyze customer feedback and quality claims, identify root causes, and initiate and follow up corrective action plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders. /li /ul h3All About You /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Nanotechnology, Optics Photonics, or Physics/Engineering. /li liHands‑on experience with thin film deposition techniques (CVD, PVD, MSVD) in a production or laboratory setting. /li liPractical knowledge of characterization methods (SEM, TEM, XPS, spectrophotometer, nanoindentation). /li liAbility to operate, calibrate, and maintain production equipment. /li liFamiliarity with optical modeling and data analysis software (OTF, CODE, OPTILAYER, SPEOS, Minitab). /li liStrong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. /li liGood communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a team. /li liWillingness to work in a production environment with shift-based schedules if required. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
