As an Information Systems Specialist at L’Oréal’s Settimo Torinese plant, you act as the technical reference for SAP and Apriso Flexnet MES interfaces, ensuring seamless data flow across planning, production, and logistics. You will support daily operations, coordinate upgrades, and lead change management for new lines and functionalities. You’ll promote cybersecurity, training, and best practices to sustain production quality and environmental goals. Retribuzione / Benefits
* Monitor and manage SAP–Apriso Flexnet interfaces daily to ensure production continuity and data integrity
* Provide first‑level IT support and user assistance for daily system usage
* Coordinate and implement updates for Apriso; participate in SAP and Apriso upgrade projects with global teams
* Support new implementations (production lines, skids, functionalities) and prepare on‑site training/documentation
* Advocate innovation, cybersecurity, and best practices; train plant personnel on updates and policies
Responsabilità
* Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
* Advanced knowledge of SAP and Apriso Flexnet (essential)
* Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and integrated production processes
* Basic networking skills
* Strong continuous learning mindset and willingness to pursue certifications (technical and soft skills)
* Cybersecurity awareness and data protection focus
* Excellent communication and pedagogical training approach
