The selected candidate will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment, working closely with a senior figure and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the full lifecycle of processes managed through the PPM ERP. /p h3bYour role: /b /h3 h3bYour key duties and responsibilities: /b /h3 ul liSupport in all activities related to the PPM ERP, including configuration, monitoring, and user assistance. /li liContribute to the management of the Budget cycle, including data collection, workflow support, reconciliation, and monitoring. /li liAssist in the Passive Cycle processes (Requests for Purchase, orders, commitments, invoice workflow) ensuring correct alignment and data accuracy. /li liSupport internal effort activities, including timesheet validation, cost allocation checks, and analysis support. /li liCollaborate in the Demand Management process, helping collect business requirements and ensuring proper tracking within the PPM system. /li liPrepare and update operational reports from PPM, supporting Finance and Controlling teams. /li liWork with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to system enhancements. /li /ul h3bOther duties: /b /h3 pWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands. /p h3bYour skills, experience, and qualifications required: /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a quantitative field. /li li2–5 years of experience in controlling, business operations, ERP support, or financial processes. /li liStrong analytical mindset and attention to details. /li liGood knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint. /li liFamiliarity with ERP logic, financial processes, or workflow tools (experience with PPM systems is a plus). /li liProblem‑solving attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian; good knowledge of English. /li liAvailability to travel to the company location in Emilia‑Romagna on a weekly basis. /li /ul h3bWhat we offer: /b /h3 pPermanent employment contract. /p h3bLocation: /b /h3 pMilan, Italy. /p h3bImportant notes: /b /h3 pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99 please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
