RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Scrum Master, you will be the reference point for one or more software development teams, responsible for promoting and protecting an effective Agile way of working adapted to the realities of an aerospace company. You will also act as a mentor and reference figure for junior Scrum Masters within the organization.
Your activities will include (but are not limited to):
- Leading and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring their quality and concrete value;
- Helping the teams remove impediments and dependencies that slow them down;
- Helping the teams plan realistically around constraints atypical of standard software Scrum;
- Actively collaborating with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with mission objectives and technical constraints;
- Managing interfaces with stakeholders and customers who operate according to traditional processes, finding ways to integrate their constraints into the Scrum framework without compromising its effectiveness;
- Mentoring junior Scrum Masters providing guidance, structured feedback, and supporting their growth toward greater autonomy and mastery;
