WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

As our Office Management Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our team thrives. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining a functional and pleasant workspace, supporting daily operations, and contributing to our corporate wellness initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

* Keep Our Office in Top Shape:Ensure the office is well-maintained and all regular maintenance tasks are completed.
* Be the First Point of Contact:Manage the reception area, greet visitors with a smile, and handle the switchboard.
* Support Our Team:Assist with travel bookings, event organization, and provide essential support to the finance team with digital archiving.
* Enhance Workplace Wellness:Collaborate with the Office Manager to organize internal events that promote well-being.
* Problem-Solve Thoroughly: Address office issues and gather feedback from colleagues to continuously improve our workspace.

* Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
