Deine Aufgaben
* Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste, Kund:innen, Mitarbeiter:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen
* Unterstützung in Event- und Projektmanagement
* Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung von Anrufen
* Verwaltung von Posteingang und -ausgang
* Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und Büroorganisation
* Beratung und Verkauf im Loacker Shop Unterinn
* Mithilfe an der Organisation von Produktionsführungen
Dein Profil
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Erste Erfahrung im Front Office oder Kundenservice von Vorteil
* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
* Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationstalent und ein freundliches Auftreten
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
