Role
We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to support and scale Lexroom.ai’s internal operations. Your mission is to optimize workflows, maintain tools, ensure data quality, and empower teams with clean, reliable, automated systems. You will work on internal Growth projects, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and the Growth Lead. You will become the go‑to person for CRM maintenance, data operations, internal workflows, and automation.
In this role, you will:
* Maintain and improve our CRM (HubSpot) with clean data, workflows, and structured processes
* Build internal automations across tools (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Slack)
* Design, build, and maintain dashboards that help teams track KPIs and operate more efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational pain points and translate them into scalable solutions
* Conduct data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and reliability
* Work with APIs, documentation, and no‑code/low‑code tools to integrate systems
* Contribute to internal documentation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or similar roles
* Strong analytical mindset and data‑first problem solving
* Hands‑on experience with CRM tools—HubSpot preferred
* Comfortable building workflows, automations, and dashboards across different no‑code platforms
* Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (or willingness to learn)
* Highly detail‑oriented, structured, and reliable
* Strong communication skills in Italian and English
* Curiosity, proactivity, and comfort working in fast‑paced environments
