Our HQ in Trento (Italy) is currently looking for a: /ph3REGULATORY ENGINEER /h3h3Fixed-term maternity cover contract /h3pSupport and manage regulatory activities related to chemical products, ensuring compliance with applicable European regulations and internal company standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Regulatory Documentation Compliance /h3ulliManage Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for raw materials and finished products. /liliIssue, review and approve SDS and labeling proposals for finished products. /liliReview and validate technical data and reports included in regulatory submissions, ensuring scientific accuracy and clarity. /liliVerify product promotional materials, labels, specification sheets, and test methods for compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. /liliMaintain and update regulatory documentation systems and databases. /li /ulh3Customer Internal Support /h3ulliPrepare responses to customer requests, including product information, regulatory statements, surveys, and questionnaires. /liliCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (RD, Quality, Marketing, Operations) to ensure regulatory alignment throughout the product lifecycle. /liliMonitor regulatory changes relevant to air fresheners, detergents, and related product categories. /liliContribute to process optimization and ensure best practices in regulatory affairs. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliFluency in English is a prerequisite /liliUniversity degree in a scientific discipline (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent experience) /lili1+ year of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in the chemical or home care product category. /liliSolid knowledge of European regulations applicable to air fresheners and detergents. /liliSAP knowledge as a plus. /liliFamiliar with specialized regulatory software and digital tools. /liliGood organizational and communication abilities. /liliTeam-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a multicultural environment. /liliProblem‑solving attitude and ability to learn from internal and external stakeholders. /liliSolution‑oriented attitude. /li /ulh3Join US!
