Responsibilities Provide first / second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues. Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed. Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution. Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010. Cisco Jabber is also supported. Have basic knowledge of Mac OS to support Apple PC users. Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware. Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers. Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues. Have broad IT experience with understanding of networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms. This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Must hold a valid work permit. Extensive IT knowledge and understanding. Several years of related experience preferred. Italian language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
