Your Role The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in quality management within the pharmaceutical industry, statistical competencies, data analysis and KPI performance definitions and a strong enthusiasm for digital systems. Will interact as the quality reference overseeing validation activities associated with equipment and computerized systems Prepare periodic management reviews of process and quality performances. Perform root cause analysis and risk analysis. Support site process improvements. Comply with workplace safety regulations to minimize accident risks. Inform and consult, according to management directives, on critical matters, and communicate any critical or compromising issues promptly and effectively. Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices. Who You Are Scientific degree (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, or Chemistry). 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with particular knowledge in QA and CSV. Strong customer orientation with an eye for the company’s interests. Flexibility and a keen pursuit of innovation throughout all processes in the continuous search for sustainable new ideas. Strong desire to develop and grow by taking responsibility and engaging in additional tasks and operations. Fluent in Italian and English.
