We are looking for a Procurement Manager to be able to source products and services for ProductLife Group (PLG). The Procurement Manager should be able to create a buying strategy that takes into account the company budget and necessary supplies and then finding matching vendors.
Responsibilities:
successfully manage dedicated procurement team to deliver added value worldwide, identify personal capabilities and needs of each team member and ensure long-term growth
actively identify business needs and formalize requirements in cooperation with stakeholders to deliver added value
optimize the end-to-end Procurement-to-Pay process and outcomes (updating Procurement SOP accordingly)
secure vendors risk assessment, and quality checks accordingly with PLG guidelines and policies
select / source services, identify strategic partnerships through RFI – RFP – RFQ process, negotiate fair conditions with suppliers and contractors (commercial conditions and prices)
ensure procurement policy and compliance
review past purchases and existing vendor partnerships to define long-term goals and procurement strategy,
evaluate vendors’ performance (measure effectiveness, compliance and ultimately, the business’s return on investment (ROI))
reduce costs, improving outcomes
perform annual spend analysis and liaise with BU heads and Finance for budgeting activities
Reporting to the CFLO, the Procurement manager will be working closing with:
the Operations (COO / BU heads...)
the Customer Success engagement team (project management)
the various directors in respect of the purchase categories they are respectively needing
the Group Financial Controller,
the Payable accounting Manager
the Legal Manager
the external (auditors, accounting firms) and internal (country managers) stakeholders
Required experience :
Minimum 5 years in procurement, B2B services experience is a plus
Required education:
Bachelor in Business administration / Master in Management of Strategic Purchasing
Required technical skills:
