The role will be focused on supporting the Sustainability Coordinator within reporting efforts, especially Sustainability Annual Report of the Gorup, according to CSRD legislation. Moreover, this role will have a big impact in how we manage and work with data. Understanding the impact of new CSRD regulation coming in place, the role needs to contribute to guarantee that we collect the environmental data that is suit for the reporting standards. Following corporate agenda and targets, the role has the opportunity to interact with all functions and teams, especially Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance. The role will have the opportunity to get to know our operations flows and contribute to create tailor-made solutions for our brand. You will work collaboratively with team members, actively participate in discussions and all the project activities mainly related to: - Support the data gathering for company’s Annual Sustainability Report and group Carbon Footprint (including Scope 3 emissions) - Ensure data collection and reporting processes meet CSRD requirements - including risk assessment and double materiality analysis - Benchmark the company’s reporting against industry best practices and CSRD guidelines - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather relevant data - Support in verifying data accuracy, manage databases, keep company’s IT tools updated - Support in keeping the company informed about latest legislations impacting our operating countries, and research for industry best practices - MSc or Master student in Economics, Business Management, Engineering or related areas - Specialized courses or Master in Sustainability will be considered a plus - Major interest in Fashion, Textile, Supply Chain and Sustainability topics - Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI as a plus - Fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus - Organized, detail oriented - Proactive, problem-solver, with analytical mindset - Teamwork oriented
