The Position
Maître in Room Dining
Main Purpose
The Maître of Room Dining coordinates and supervises the IRD team to ensure an exceptional and personalized guest experience through flawless service.

In Room Dining Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent, tailored culinary experience in line with service standards and procedures.
* Conduct service briefings to share updates, guest preferences, and relevant information.
* Lead and oversee the in-room dining service.
* Maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues across departments.
* Anticipate guest needs and manage comments or complaints appropriately.
* Support training and development of staff according to standards.
* Monitor stock levels and support financial objectives of the department.
* Achieve economic targets for Room Dining.
* Handle administrative tasks as required.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
