, we've grown rapidly in both customers and team over the past few years.
We are now looking for a
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to take full ownership of our digital acquisition and conversion strategy and directly contribute to revenue growth.
This is an
on-site role
with direct interaction with the American owners and the Italian marketing and sales team.
Your mission is to
drive growth through performance marketing
.
You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and turning marketing investment into measurable sales results.
This is a
hands-on role
where you will directly manage campaigns and continuously optimize performance across the full funnel.
What You'll Do
Own and drive
lead generation and lead conversion
across digital channels.
Manage campaigns in-house
(no external agencies) on platforms such as
Google Ads, Meta
, and other performance channels using
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
Manage and optimize
price comparison websites
as key acquisition channels.
Develop and execute B2C performance marketing strategies to increase
customer acquisition, sales, and market share
.
Continuously test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, and funnels (A/B testing mindset).
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support commercial objectives and lead quality.
Track and analyze performance metrics (leads, conversion rates, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights.
