PSA BDP serves over 5, customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.
Responsibilities:
1. Attending the RFQ’s, rate request from customers & oversea offices.
2. Procuring prices from vendors for the RFQ’s and rate request.
3. Offering quotation for the RFQ’s and rate request
4. Support in preparation of transportation plans, route surveys, lifting studies, and method statements.
5. Work closely with vendors and subcontractors for equipment availability and scheduling.
6. Coordinating with customers and updating daily operations for project cargo and heavy lift shipments(land, sea, or air).
7. Monitor cargo movements, resolve on-ground challenges, and keep clients updated.
8. Support customers with reports and updates.
9. Ensure full compliance with legal, and operational standards.
10. Maintain documentation including shipping documents, reports, and permits.
11. Assisting in customer invoicing, cost booking and final job closure.
12. Adhere to Safety, Health, and Quality standards of the company.
13. Awareness of Business Continuity Plan in place.

Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
27. 1–3 years’ experience in project logistics or related heavy transport operations
28. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
29. Familiar with MS Office and logistics software
30. Knowledge of HSE standards in logistics
31. Good spoken and written English
