We are currently recruiting for a Lead Machinery & Mechanical Engineer for our Engineering Centre in Fano (PU).
The Coordinator oversees discipline activities during project execution or the bidding phase, acting as the Discipline Technical Leader. They ensure compliance with corporate and project procedures, timely delivery of project outputs, and adherence to the approved budget.
Duties and responsibilities details:
Supervise and review technical annexes in the contract
Confirm applicable standards and technical specs are included if missing in contract documentation
Attend Client meetings as needed by PSL
Oversee preparation of Machinery Engineering deliverables, including cross-discipline checks
Review subcontracted engineering documents and Vendor information
Ensure design information flows effectively across the design team
Verify Vendor List compliance with Procurement
Support procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
Ensure adherence to procedures and QA/QC compliance
Maintain high-quality deliverables per technical, design, and contractual standards
Provide interdisciplinary technical information on schedule
Offer technical support to the Client, if needed by PEM
Support project teams in execution or bidding phases
Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent qualification (such as Chartered Engineer) or a Bachelor’s degree (such as Higher National Diploma HND, A-levels + 3 years of study, BTS/DUT, or equivalent);
Machinery Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in the role, capable of independently overseeing the entire life cycle of an EPC project;
Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, along with planning and organizational abilities, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, effective team management, adaptability, and resilience under stress.
