Experteer OverviewAs a Lead Solutions Architect in Milan, you will bridge sales and engineering to shape how Klaviyo fits into clients' tech stacks. You'll engage prospects and partners, design end-to-end solutions, and drive technical credibility in a fast-growth market. This role blends AI-powered workflow redesign with hands‐on pre‐sales work to accelerate revenue and build long‐term partnerships. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers, with a clear focus on meaningful outcomes for clients.Retribuzione / BenefitsLead end‐to‐end pre‐sales campaigns from discovery to technical selection, partnering with Account Executives to drive revenue outcomesConduct deep technical discovery of prospects' architectures and business challenges to identify Klaviyo‐enabled opportunitiesOrganize and facilitate technical workshops aligning developers and business stakeholders around real outcomesDevelop and execute value demonstration plans to differentiate Klaviyo and accelerate technical winsBecome the internal expert on Klaviyo platform, data pipelines, integration codebases, and implementation trade‐offsPrototype and build integration specs, custom solutions, and reusable assets to advance deals and the pre‐sales practiceProvide technical insights to Product and Developer Experience teams to influence the roadmapRaise capability of the team by training Sales colleagues and sharing technical knowledgeTransform workflows by centering AI and continuously experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiencyStay ahead of the AI landscape by tracking tools, testing, learning, and sharing insightsRepresent Klaviyo in‐market as a credible technical leader with a consultant‐first mindsetSupport the Italy expansion by establishing technical credibility with Italian brandsResponsabilità7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role5+ years hands‐on with web development languages (JavaScript, Node.js, React), REST APIs, or PythonFluent in Italian and English; based in Milan and able to be in‐office 3 days/weekStrong knowledge across marketing automation, CDPs, ecommerce, mobile apps, analytics, adtech, or data scienceProven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both developers and non‐technical stakeholdersSales proficiency with customer‐outcome focus and experience closing technical deals with Account ExecutivesFamiliarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICCRequisiti fondamentalibase salary range in local currencyannual cash bonus planequitysign‐on paymentshealth benefitswellbeing benefits
