Your role
As
Finance Manager Italy
, you will be part of the management team and act as a key business partner, driving growth and ensuring financial excellence. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and external stakeholders (banks, auditors), contributing to the strategic vision and success of our organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
 * Business partnering
 : supporting business growth by identifying gaps and opportunities, providing forward-looking financial insights.
 * Leadership
 : leading, developing, and motivating the Finance team, fostering collaboration, clarity of roles, and professional growth.
 * Financial management
 : overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and accounting of the Italian subsidiaries in line with Group standards.
 * Analysis and modelling
 : preparing business cases and financial models, including risk assessment and sensitivity analysis.
 * Reporting and compliance
 : preparing statutory accounts under Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS integration in SAP; producing monthly management and financial reports for the Country Manager, Regional Management, Regional CFO, and Group.
 * Tax and compliance
 : managing VAT, tax submissions, and reporting to Group.
 * Audit & closing
 : coordinating year-end closing and audits in compliance with Group requirements.
What we are looking for
 * Degree in
 Economics, Finance, Business Administration
 (Master's degree preferred).
 * 5+ years' experience
 in Finance Management roles, including team leadership and people development.
 * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
 * Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting with a strategic decision-making focus.
 * Excellent
 leadership, communication, and problem-solving
 skills, with a process optimization mindset.
 * Proficiency in
 Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
 .
 * Languages:
 fluent Italian and English
 .
