Your Role
As AI Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the company's AI strategy, acting as both a technical leader and innovation enabler.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the internal AI team
* Design and deliver AI training programs for both technical and non-technical teams
* Develop AI pilots and Proofs of Concept, including LLM- and RAG-based solutions
* Support business development activities by evaluating AI-related opportunities
* Promote AI adoption across internal processes and customer projects
* Collaborate directly with executive leadership on AI strategy and innovation initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
* At least 3 years of experience managing AI teams and complex AI projects
* Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML development and deployment
* Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG architectures
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Fluent English

* Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-tech industries
