Manage and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standardsSupport tax compliance, including VAT declarations and local requirementsDrive month‐end & year‐end closing processes (journal entries, reconciliations)Deliver financial reports & analysis to support decision‐makingIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Native Italian and intermediate English skillsDegree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field3–5 years of experience (ideally in a multinational or SSC environment)Strong knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP)Solid understanding of tax & VAT regulationsExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, analysis tools)Analytical mindset with strong problem‐solving abilities
