The role entails responsibility for the factory producing and delivering the required volume, cost‑effectively and with high productivity as well as specified quality and delivery time and the responsibility for reaching set goals through development of production processes, employees, and organization. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure that safety rules and regulations are followed. Act with a “Safety is priority” mentality. /li liLead and distribute the work in the production organization. /li liEnsure that the factory produces and delivers the required volume on time and meets quality requirements. /li liBudget responsibility. /li liWork environment responsibility for production. /li liCarry out risk analyses and create action plans as well as run and follow up the action plan. /li liInitiate, be responsible for, and drive process changes, ensuring that changes are validated in accordance with given routines. /li liPersonnel responsibility. /li liActively participate in daily management. /li liPrepare instructions to ensure quality, process stability, and a safe working environment. /li liRun Lean work in the factory and be responsible for improvement work carried out via improvement groups. /li liResponsible for personnel dimensioning based on volume decided in SIOP and the budget processes, in consultation with HR and Plant Director. /li liLead and develop employees to reach common goals such as lead time, machine utilization, productivity, low cost of quality defects, etc. /li liResponsibility for the development of the production process, including layout. /li liEnsure reporting back and that inventory count is carried out by the organization. /li liCooperate with external local parties, e.g., authorities and schools. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 5 years’ experience in a similar production environment. /li liExperience with safety regulations according to Italian Law. /li liKnowledge of planning and ERP principles. /li liDemonstrated ability in working with data and KPIs and converting them to action plans. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liExcellent analytical and Excel skills. /li liSAP experience is a plus. /li liPowerBI or Tableau experience is a plus. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liUniversity or bachelor’s degree, specialization in supply chain is a plus. /li liLean Green Belt is a plus. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liItalian mother tongue. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
