It operates over 350 service centers to ensure optimal customer service. The headquarters in Arcole includes offices, approximately 7,000 m² of finished product and spare parts storage, and 7,800 m² dedicated to production. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the team Manage training courses for staff and clients Oversee and handle procedures at Service Centers Provide on-site support and supervision Define KPIs and strategies to enhance the company's image Develop policies for spare parts sales Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality departments to resolve technical issues Requirements Diploma as Electronics or Electrical Technician 3-4 years of experience as a post-sales manager, preferably in the HVAC sector, with personnel management experience Preferred experience in industrial or civil systems, with knowledge of heat pumps, chillers, or refrigeration Good command of English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Offer Employment contract under the CCNL Commerce, with 14 monthly payments Full-time work, Monday to Friday Location: Arcole (VR) Additional Information Sector: Electronics/Automation Industry Role: Sales/Commercial Type of employment: Temporary with potential for permanent placement J-18808-Ljbffr
