Position Snapshot - Location: Milan, Italy - Permanent contract - Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities - At least 5 years of experience in Leadership & Development/ Coaching roles including people management responsibility - Certified ICF Coach (or similar) is mandatory - Mastery with leadership assessment tools (i.e 360, HBDI, MBTI, Hogan, KF4D,) - Good awareness of Agility methodology - Experience as HRBP is a plus - Fluent in Italian and English Position Summary In full alignment with the Corporate and Regional Talent Centre of Competence (team), and based on the specificity of the Market, the LTE Manager is responsible for the (co)design and the implementation at Italian level of 70/20/10 driven solutions aimed to develop the right culture, skills and mindset both in leaders and in teams. The rollout of the local set of development solution will be driven leveraging and adapting the global/above the market leadership development solutions. A day in the life of Leadership & Team Effectiveness Manager - Advise and support HR Business Partners on leadership development solutions/journeys (Assessment selection, team session design, selection of appropriate partners for tailored leadership programs) - Design and deliver team interventions (team facilitation, team coaching, Leadership assessment debriefs) - Roll-out local Leadership learning solutions (Every Day Coaching suite, Giving & receiving feedback, new people manager on-boarding) - Develop and improve local leadership and people managers curriculum offer (including Line manager onboarding) by leveraging above market solutions - Participate as assessor in Development Assessment Center for People Managers - Network and cooperate with external companies, institutions, and organization to benchmark best practices and build mutual initiatives What will make you successful - Externally certified coach with relevant experience in individual and team coaching - Excellent facilitation skills - Ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across functional and organizational lines with strong influencing skills - Passion for Leadership topics and curiosity for continuous learning
