As part of the team, you will ensure compliance with Group Policies, prioritize health monitoring, and deliver impactful training to promote a culture of safety across our organization. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liIdentify and analyze legislative requirements for Safety and Environment. /li liDevelop procedures and lead root cause analyses for incidents/near misses. /li liConduct risk assessments and support environmental impact evaluations for new projects. /li liManage EHS performance indicators, reporting, and customer EHS questionnaires. /li liContribute to internal and external audits and inspections. /li liOrganize and execute safety training programs. /li liEnsure compliance with health surveillance programs. /li liAct as the Health and Safety Officer for the Cusago Site /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, Chemistry Engineering, or a related field. /li li1-2 years of EHS experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry. /li liKnowledge of EHS regulations (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and Seveso normative. /li liFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). /li liExcellent knowledge of Excel. /li liStrong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. /li liProactive, with a results-driven and collaborative approach. /li liOperational autonomy, excellent planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize. /li /ul h3Where you’ll work /h3 pThis is an bon-site /b opportunity.
