We are looking for Service & Technical Call Center Operator to join our team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy!
As Service & Technical Call Center Operator you will provide a consistent and reliable response to all customer equipment failures. Undertake the routine administration of the System and Technical Call Center activities.
What kind of work will you be doing?
* Monitor the system on a continuous basis as defined by the duty rota
* Respond appropriately to all warning and alarm conditions logged on
* Receive emergency calls from customers with faulty equipment and respond in a professional manner
* Technically evaluate all fault calls however received
* Dispatch service engineers where necessary
* Verify the communication status of each UPS on on a daily basis, taking appropriate action where communication has failed
* Routine administration of the LIFE database, loading new equipment, updating records et Log all fault calls
* Create and verify monthly activity reports on for each customer
* Ensure total discipline in the use of the ERP system and Wireless Field Service
* Work closely & assist department supervisors, salesman, managers with their day-to day operational duties.
* Ensure that all ISO 9001:2000 agreed processes are followed
* The employee ensure that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of [Export Compliance], [Import Compliance], [EU Arrivals and Despatching], as well as [Supply Chain Security] is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company International Trade Compliance Regulation certification program itself
What will make you successful?
* Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
* Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a considered an advantage
* Customer service skills / background
* Some experience in Monitoring is a considered an advantage
* Technical knowledge of UPS systems is a considered an advantage, as would a level of electrical knowledge, but full training will be given.
* Excellent written and verbal communications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Flexibility and capability to work with potentially critical situations and stress
* Self-motivated and possess a positive attitude
* Ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
