We are a luxury fashion brand seeking a Senior Footwear & Accessories Designer – Product Development to join our team on a full-time hybrid basis, based in Milan or Florence. This role will lead all design and product development activities across: - Women’s footwear - Accessories - Kids footwear & accessories The position bridges creative direction and production execution, working closely with Italian factories and suppliers to bring collections from concept to final product. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop seasonal collections across all categories - Oversee product development from sketches to final production - Liaise with Italian factories, suppliers, and material vendors - Manage sampling, fittings, and production quality - Ensure timelines, costs, and luxury standards are met Requirements: - 5+ years experience in luxury footwear and/or accessories design - Strong technical and production knowledge - Proven experience working with Italian manufacturers - Fluent in Italian and English
