With over 70 stores worldwide, as well as a unique bespoke service available through its workshops on Rue Marbeuf and Rue de Sèvres in Paris, Berluti celebrates craftsmanship, timeless savoir-faire, and cutting‐edge technique.MISSION AND WORK ENVIRONMENTManifattura Berluti is seeking an Industrial Compliance Specialist with experience gained in manufacturing contexts. Reporting to the Industrial Compliance Manager, and integrated into the Finance & Administration Department, the Industrial Compliance Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Audit and Risk Management function, with a specific focus on the evaluation and management of risks related to the compliance of subcontractors and suppliers of leather goods and footwear. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring that the company's subcontractors and suppliers operate in compliance with internal and external laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to sustainability and ethics.

Improving the ethical and social practices of Subcontractors / Suppliers:Conduct on‐site audits and in‐depth assessments of subcontractors/suppliers, verifying compliance with company codes of conduct, industry standards, and applicable regulations.Draft detailed audit reports, highlighting non‐conformities, areas for improvement, and recommendations.Implement corrective actions with subcontractors/suppliers and verify their effectiveness.Subcontractor / Supplier Risk Assessment and Management:Develop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with subcontractor/supplier compliance (e.g., ethical, social, environmental, quality, safety risks).Conduct risk analyses on existing and potential subcontractors/suppliers, identifying areas of non‐compliance and proposing corrective actions.Strengthening industrial compliance procedures, skills, and tools:Contribute to the development and updating of company policies and procedures related to subcontractor/supplier compliance.Promote a culture of compliance among subcontractors/suppliers and within the company.Provide training and support to internal teams (e.g., purchasing, production) on best practices for risk management and subcontractor/supplier compliance.Assist subcontractors/suppliers in understanding and applying required compliance standards.Coordination of all resources within the compliance ecosystem:Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Legal departments.Liaise with certification bodies, external consultants, and other stakeholders.Performance Management:Constantly monitor the regulatory landscape and industry best practices in compliance.Prepare periodic reports on audit activities and risk levels for management.

PROFILE

Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Law, or related disciplines. Professional certifications will be considered a plus.At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Supply Chain Audit roles (preferably in the manufacturing sector) or as a former officer of Italian law enforcement agencies.Specific Knowledge:Proven experience in managing subcontractor and supplier compliance, with a particular focus on ethical, social, and environmental aspects.Knowledge of the principles, scope, and added value of Italian Law 231/01.In‐depth knowledge of risk management frameworks and audit methodologies.Familiarity with international regulations and industry standards related to the supply chain (e.g., SA8000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, REACH requirements...).

SKILLS

Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various company functions and suppliers.Proficiency in audit and risk assessment methodologies.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Precision, attention to detail, and integrity.Social and environmental awareness.Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.

WORK LOCATIONFerrara, frequent business trips (80%) mainly in Italy and occasionally abroad.#J-18808-Ljbffr
