Job Title: Quality Control Manager Location: NAS Sigonella Scope Dedicated to enforcing the QMS at the operational level; reports directly to the QM. Duties
Performs daily inspections of services and deliverables against contract standards. Verifies technical compliance of maintenance, custodial, pest control, transportation, and utility services. Conducts sampling, testing, and checklists in accordance with the QCP. Documents deficiencies and verifies corrective action completion. Coordinates with shop supervisors and WCC to ensure quality integration into workflow. Provides immediate feedback to crews on observed deficiencies. Monitors subcontractor work for adherence to quality standards. Compiles inspection reports and submits findings to the QM.
Mandatory Experience & Certifications
Must meet/exceed technical qualifications of personnel they inspect. Minimum three years of experience enforcing QMS on similar size, scope, and complexity contracts.
Preferred / Desirable Certifications
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification. Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt.
