You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and create new ways of working. /p h3Your Purpose /h3 pAs Business Planning Analyst you will play a key role in supporting company’s success by driving profit maximization and addressing consumer needs. You will help achieve short‑ and long‑term volume and user targets through portfolio recommendations and business performance analysis, leveraging strong financial knowledge to guide strategic decisions. You will actively contribute to the Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring accuracy, reliability and consistency, while collaborating closely with Commercial and Operations teams. /p h3Your ‘Day To Day’ /h3 ul liPrepare business assumptions, budgets and forecasts, ensuring that identified business opportunities are incorporated. Develop a comprehensive understanding of planning processes. /li liDesign and maintain detailed, efficient, up-to-date and reliable forecasting models to provide management with accurate short‑ and long‑term volume forecasts that support company strategies and requirements. /li liContribute to the development of new commercial opportunities by defining volume targets and assessing financial implications. /li liDeliver clear and timely reports and summaries. Ensure on‑time submission of information and respond to any follow‑up questions or requests for additional details. /li liCreate presentations for budgets, strategic reviews and management updates. Additionally, prepare executive-level presentations for employees and external audiences, such as investors, ensuring accuracy and relevance. /li liDevelop and enhance processes and tools to improve work quality and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Who We’re Looking For /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in a corporate environment, with responsibilities in finance, strategic planning, budgeting or business planning. /li liStrong analytical and reporting capabilities. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. /li liProficiency in MS Excel. /li liProject management and problem‑solving mindset. /li liAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks and ensure compliance with corporate policies. /li liFluency in English (mandatory). /li /ul pLocation: Rome, Italy. /p pContract: Standard. /p h3What We Offer /h3 pOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
