Maintenance Operator
The position, reporting to the Maintenance & Facility Coordinator, performs restoration, preventive, and improvement maintenance interventions—both ordinary and extraordinary—on machinery, equipment, instruments, and facilities, in compliance with current Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
Responsibilities
In agreement with the supervisor, carries out ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities within the Plant in accordance with safety and environmental regulations and in compliance with internal maintenance procedures.
Is responsible for standard and complex technical interventions—mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic—on systems, machines, and buildings assigned to them.
Is responsible for completing the supporting documentation for the organization, reporting, and finalization (ODM) of each type of intervention (restorative, preventive, improvement).
In agreement with the supervisor, manages the physical loading and unloading of spare parts within the maintenance warehouse.
Supports the work of external maintenance contractors, ensuring that activities are effective, appropriate, and correctly executed, including compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Reports any anomalies or inconsistencies affecting the safety and environmental compliance of industrial systems.
Contributes to continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to equipment and maintenance activities to optimize interventions and production efficiency.

Complies with safety rules and regulations.
Complies with operational procedures (work instructions) required for performing the role.
Skills
Education/Training: technical diploma.
Fluent knowledge of the Italian language.
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic principles, and ability to read and understand diagrams and manuals.
Ability to use power tools and mechanical equipment effectively and safely.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Precision and punctuality in meeting deadlines.
