Facilitates, executes and/or participates in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required. /liliTranslates business unit strategy and creates short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients. /liliSupports the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company. /liliDefines recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy /liliMonitors climate on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas) /liliLeads the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department /liliSupervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required. /liliSupport the implementation of business unit specific development strategies. Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength. /liliEmbodies the Sephora values and acts as Sephora Ambassador /liliPromotes, implements, communicates activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues. /liliActs as change agent. /liliIdentifies training and development needs in accordance with the Area Manager /liliDelivers and deploys the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years of experience in HR or a similar role /liliExperienced in leading and managing different people in different areas /liliExperienced in Assessment centers and other recruiting tools /liliEnglish (mandatory) /li /ulh3How to be successful in the role and at Sephora /h3pContribution to define and implement the People Excellence strategy in order to achieve business objectives in own function organization, facilitating the change. Be a support of the Talent and the Managers in developing and deploying strategic human resources programs and practices to own organization in order to drive greater organizational performance and effectiveness. Be a guide and a support to Area Managers and Store Managers in people management and labor law standard respect.
